Baby Bump

I thought that I would be fun to compare my baby bump photos to see how big I'm getting.

Here I am at 22 weeks.

Here I am at 27 weeks.

It doesn't look like it's that big a of a difference but there are 5 weeks in between them. I can't wait to meet this little girl!

It's a . . . .

On tues of this week, 2/21/12, we found out what we are having. I have been very anxious for this appointment to see if our first instinct was right when we found out we were going to have another baby. During the appointment Dr Tutt first took the babies measurements to make sure everything is good. Baby is measuring small but I'm measuring right on track at 19 weeks, so no need for concern there, Scott was small baby too. Well here is a picture of the baby's face and arm.

Baby Update

On Jan 10th I had my second appoint and was able to get a new ultrasound picture b/c the first one the dr was not able to get a good measurement. The baby is measuring right on schedule at 13 weeks, well 14 now. I have a more official due date of July 18th. I think that the baby will come before that date, but only time will tell. We are really excited and have started stocking up on diapers. The last time I was not as prepared and had to scramble at the last minute to get the things that I needed. This time the baby will have it's own room and I'm really excited to decorate a real nursery. When we had Scott we were students living in a one bedroom apartment and so his room was a corner of the dining room in a basinet. Boy how time has flown. :) More news to come in the meantime here is a picture for your viewing pleasure. It looks like a human now than a blob!

Surprise!

This came as a big surprise to us because it is something that we were not expecting but are now really excited about! So drum roll please . . . . .

Halloween 2011

For Halloween this year we attended our Ward Fall Festival on Friday the 28th and invited our neighbor and her son with us. It was a pretty good turn out. People had signed up to bring soups cornbread and desserts and they were very yummy! There were a few activity booths that some of the families put together that were fun for the kids. It was fun to see who had dressed up! I of course did dress up.

I'm a dork! haha

New Port Beach

This past weekend, 9/17/11, we had the opportunity to head out to cooler weather to attend a wedding. We headed for New Port Beach and definitely enjoyed the 70 degree weather. Ahh, refreshing.

Our friends Karen and Ronnie were tying the knot! Finally the last Luto brother has settled down! It was a beautiful wedding. The bride and groom looked so happy and excited. They were married on the yacht Eternity in the New Port Beach harbor. I thought that I would get seasick but we pleasantly surprised that I didn't. The food was great the music fun, the only draw back was that I was stuck on a boat for 5 hours. All I can say was that Matt and I were ready to get off the boat, and in fact were the first people off when it docked. We had fun.
